29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     (a) On or about July 7, 2014, Loya Roofing, LLC., did not ensure that its employees were protected from falls while working at heights greater than 6 feet. Employees of Loya Roofing, LLC. were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11.5 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place. Workers were observed using a ladder to access the roof of a residential building. Ladder did not extend at least 3 ft above the landing platform and was not tied to the roof edge.
