29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  (a) For work performed at 1900 Rio Grande Street in Austin, Texas: On July 8, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were using flammable Composites One LLC C1 1001-25 unsaturated polyester resin containing approximately 43% styrene monomer from 5-gallon jugs that were labeled "Diesel", exposing employees to the hazards of chemical inhalation.   (b) For work performed at 1900 Rio Grande Street in Austin, Texas: On July 8, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were using corrosive Norox MEKP-9 activator containing methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) from a plastic bottle that was not labeled with the contents, exposing employees to the hazards of corrosive chemical contact.   (c) For work performed at 1900 Rio Grande Street in Austin, Texas: On July 8, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were using highly flammable Acetone in an unlabeled bucket for cleaning resin from gloves and hands, exposing employees to the hazards of chemical contact.
