29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.     An employee performing roofing activities was exposed to a struck by hazard in the eye when using a pneumatic nail gun on a residential construction site and the employer did not ensure the use of suitable eye protection.

Employees performing roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10ft. 2in. and 11ft. 7in., and fall protection was not being used.
