29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system:  (a) On or about June 24, 2014, for the employee exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet while installing flashing and roofing materials on the Plaza 26 Building, Williston, ND.
