29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees were engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 926.502:    This violation most recently occurred on or about July 15, 2014, at a workplace located at 2339 Tawny Owl Road, Grand Prairie, TX 75052; where at least two(2) employees were installing framing members of a resident construction, not protected from falling an approximate 17-feet.
