29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): When power operated tools are designed to accommodate guards, they shall be equipped with such guards when in use.    a.     On the second floor in front of Unit 212 where a DeWalt Table Saw was used to cut trim, the blade on top of the saw was not guarded from accidental contact thereby exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
