29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.     a) Residential Roofing; On or about July 18, 2014 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall of nine feet to the ground while installing asphalt shingles on a 5:12 pitch roof.    OCHOA CONSTRUCTION, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 983697, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 10, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1142 IRISTAN, BILLINGS, MONTANA 59101.
