29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On 7/16/2014, employees from Hugos Roofing and Exteriors LLC were removing and replacing shingles from a residential building located at 12 Peruque Hills Court, Wentzville MO.  They were not using guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Six employees were observed on the roof working.  They were wearing harnesses, but were not tied off.
