On or about Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 15-43 Decatur Street, Ridgewood, NY 11385, Room #6 The employer failed to develop a written energy control plan for employees that are required on a routine basis to perform job duties such as but not limited too; the cleaning of an electrically powered packaging machine exposing employees to hazards associated with the accidental energization of machinery.
