29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.  a) Work Site:  69 James St., Morristown,NJ  Employee not wearing head protection with work going on overhead was exposed to hazard of being struck by falling objects.  Violation observed on or about 6/28/14.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  Work Site:  Roof on a residential house at 69 James St., Morristown, NJ  Employee observed working on the roof without utilizing any type of fall protection was exposed to hazard of falling approximately 18 feet to the ground below.  Violation observed on or about 6/28/14.
