29 CFR 1926.96: The employer did not ensure employees wear proper footwear which meets the requirements and specifications in American National Standard for Men's Safety-Toe Footwear, Z41.1-1967:   A).       On or about 06/29/09, at 246-15 Cambria Ave. Douglaston, NY      Employees working at the site were exposed to foot injuries. The employees wore the pair of sandal shoes.     ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.304(d): Each portable, power-driven circular saw withdrawn from the work did not automatically and instantly return the lower guard to the covering position of the saw.  A).       On or about 07/15/14, at 37-11 Main Street. Flushing, NY     Employees using at the circular saw which installed upside down. The lower guard to cover the blade was not able to return.    ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
