29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.     a)11310 Sunset Terrace, Long Beach NJ: On or about 07/21/2014, employees were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 21 feet due to unguarded second floor window openings of a large multi-story residential structure under construction.  As such, an employee was injured when he fell from one of the openings.       NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
