29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   A). On or about 07/22/14, at the site of 24-12 42nd Road. Long Island City, NY   Employees demolishing the 2-story house were in danger of head injury from falling objects such as, but not limited to tools and roof materials from the roof. Protective helmets were not worn.    ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
