29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:      a)  Employees engaged in roofing activity were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately 14 feet above the ground.     Robert Kulesza dba Exterior Remodeling Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314174103, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 625 Warren Ave., Palatine, IL 60067.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
