29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:      (a) Spy Construction & Services at 2102 S Milwaukee St, Denver, CO 80210:  On July 25, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee worked near the edge of the second level without utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.      (b) Spy Construction & Services at 2102 S Milwaukee St, Denver, CO 80210:  On July 25, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees were framing the roof on top of the second level without utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
