The cord was used to provide power to the undercut saw while employees worked to cut out floor material.

Block 29:  On or about June 19, 2014 and at times prior thereto, CSHO observed employee's  engaged in undercutting and floor finishing work.  Employees were applying Portland cement based finishing products as underlayment material which exposed them to hazards for face, hands, skin and nose.
