29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets of other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision:    (a)  On or about 07/23/14 - Hand Sanding, employees were exposed to the hazards of electrical shock from exposed electrical parts.  A 110-volt light switch encased in a metal protective box was damaged, exposing the neutral and ground wires.  (b)  On or about 07/23/14 - Hand Sanding, employees were exposed to the hazards of electrical shock from exposed electrical parts.  A 240-volt fuse box encased in a metal protective box was open, exposing the hot, neutral and ground wires and the fuses.
