Houston, TX; power taps not used according to their listing, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.       a)    The employer attached two relocatable power taps that were connected to each other on to the wall for the energization of a panel board for the tele-communication wiring system.       b) In the managers office; there was a relocatable power tap that was connected to another in order to increase the number of outlets.
