29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered    On or about July 28, 2014 at 4900 Chedworth Drive, Smoke Rise, GA.: An employee blowing grass clippings from the cart paths was pinned beneath a John Deere tractor when in rolled over and the employer did not ensure the use of seatbelts when the equipment was equipped with a ROPS system and made available from the manufacturer .
