29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:   Location: 65 Lawrence Avenue, Brooklyn NY 2nd and 3rd floors  On or about: 07/30/14  a) Employees were engaged in the demolition and alteration of a 3 story residential project. Employees did not clear the areas of debris from the work surfaces, passageways, stairways or ground around site.
