29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:  On the mezzanine in the mixing room at 179 Woodlawn Street Clinton, MA: On or about July 31, 2014, the employer did not ensure the mixing platform, six feet eight inches above the floor, was guarded with a standard railing and toeboard.   Polymer Concentrates, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 860283, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 19, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 179 Woodlawn Street Clinton, MA.

Polymer Concentrates, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 860283, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on April 19, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 170 Woodlawn Street Clinton, MA.

In the employee break room at 179 Woodlawn Street Clinton, MA: On or about July 31, 2014, the employer had not posted a combustible dust citation, citation number 1, item number 1, from inspection number 872244, issued  on August, 1 2013, which had yet to be abated.
