29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a-Wallington High School, 234 Main Ave, Wallington NJ: Employees operating an aerial lift were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the concrete below as personal fall arrest harnesses were not utilized. Condition noted on or about 07/31/2014.   Grove Contracting LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 943642, Citation # 1, Item # 2, issued on 11/07/2013 with respect to a work place located at 125 Terrace Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604 which became a final order on 12/12/2013.
