29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):     Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment pursuant to the considerations in sections (i) through (viii) of 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):    On or about July 31, 2014, at Winn Timber Products in Winnfield, LA; the employer failed to ensure that electrical equipment in the chipper room was free from recognized hazards:    a)  The face of an electrical receptacle was damaged;  b)  Outer sheathing was missing from a cord attached to a receptacle outlet box;   c)  Outer sheathing was missing from two cords attached to a switch outlet box; and  d)  Cords entering outlet boxes were not protected by bushings designed to guard against abrasion or pullback.
