29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard:  On or about July 30, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on an oil rig site. The employer failed to ensure that the walkways were free of obstructions which could create a hazard coming off the stairway in the mixing area. The metal suitcase lid was sticking up to approximately 2.5 inches. This condition created a trip hazard for employees.
