29 CFR 1926.701(b): Reinforcing steel. All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and into which employees could fall, shall be guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement.    a) 6419 Hwy 308, Lockport, LA; On or about 7/30/14, the employer allowed employees to work and travel near uncapped rebar. The unprotected vertical height of the rebar was 30 inches above the ground.
