The employer did not develop and utilize specific written procedures for maintenance activities including, but not limited to replacing an elbow section of the dryer tower outlet line.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   Employee training did not cover the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  On or about July 31, 2014: Employees servicing lines within the facility located at 1580 Columbia Nitrogen Road are exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to 93% sulfuric acid, 98% sulfuric acid and 105% fuming sulfuric acid.  The employer had not provided the new Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (new hazard communication training) to all employees.
