29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:      (a)PM Carpentry, LLC at 2833 Cascade Creek Drive, Louisville, CO 80027:  On and before August 2nd, 2014, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees wore safety glasses when using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns.  The condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:    (a)PM Carpentry LLC at 2833 Cascade Creek Drive, Louisville, CO 80027:  On and before August 2nd, 2014, the exposing employer allowed employees to use the top step of two step ladders, both 6 feet high or less when set up, to access the 10 foot high roof trusses.  The conditions exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 10 feet.
