29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.    a)  Buttonwood Court, Moorestown, NJ:  On or about 08/05/2014 Robert C Danley Builder, Inc. was the controlling employer on a jobsite and did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons.  As such two WVM Construction employees were exposed to fall hazards of nearly 23 feet while installing roof trusses with no form of fall protection.      The employer, Robert C Danley Builder, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965611, citation number01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/20/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1901 Waverly Avenue, Long Beach Township, NJ.
