29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    a)  On or about August 5, 2014, Pro-Tech Roofing Systems, LLC, as a controlling employer, did not conduct regular inspection of the job site to ensure that employees of JC Ramirez Construction (subcontractor) were adequately trained and equipped to protect themselves from falls, eye injuries and other hazards.  Employees were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet while performing roofing work without adequate fall protection measures in place.  Employees were also exposed to eye injuries while using pneumatic nail guns without eye protection.
