At the jobsite at 220 West Broad Street-Athens, GA:  The employer did not conduct a survey of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material  (ACM) or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) and/or did not inform employees about the presence of ACM or PACM prior to employees being assigned to work in the building. The employees were not provided with information and training on the biological effects of lead exposure.    Bulk samples revealed the following:  a) 0.4% lead in the tool room b) 0.9 % lead in the training room-gray paint sampled.
