The relocatable power taps were used to power multiple pieces of equipment from one 20 amp circuit breaker.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of this paragraph in the following instances:    A) A flexible electrical extension cord and flexible power cord for a fan in the laundry room were attached to building surfaces and used as a substitute for fixed wiring.    B) Flexible electrical cords for a mounted transformer in the mop room were used as a substitute for fixed wiring and were run through the door opening of a metal electrical box. Duct tape was used to cover the live electrical leads for the transformer.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   Employer did not train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1, 2013.    Employer did not provide training to employee(s) regarding the new chemical container labeling and safety data sheets according to the UN Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) by the date required by the standard. Employees were exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to chlorine bleach, disinfectants, and laundry stain removers.
