29 CFR 1926.451(h)(4)(ii): Toeboards securely fastened in place at the outermost edge of the platform had more than 1/4 inch (0.7 cm) clearance above the walking/working surface. a) West side of Building E-2: The toeboard secured to the north end of the tubular welded frame mason's scaffold had an opening of approximately 1.5 inches between it and the edge of the working platform.
