29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   (a)  On or about July 30, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a nine-foot fall hazard while installing roofing materials on a 5/12 pitch roof next to an unprotected edge on a residential house in the vicinity of 2200 West 20th Street in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
