29 CFR 1926.350(a)(4): Compressed gas cylinder(s) being transported by powered vehicles were not secured in a vertical position:    a) Worksite: An oxygen compressed gas cylinder and an acetylene compressed gas cylinder were found lying loose in the back of a pickup truck covered with equipment and debris.  They had been driven back and forth from the jobsite in the same condition for at least 3 days.
