29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6):    The employer does not ensure that when employees move a scaffold, no part of the scaffold comes closer than 10 feet to energized power lines over 300 volts. This violation was observed on or about August 06, 2014, at the worksite where employees were exposed to electrocution when the scaffold they were moving contacted an energized power line.   Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that employees do not erect, used, dismantle, alter or move scaffold or any conductive material on them any closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6).
