The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: a) On or about 08-06-14, employees were utilizing a JLG 40H aerial lift basket to access/egress a roof surface at fourteen (14) feet above compacted surface without wearing personal fall arrest systems. b) On or about 08-06-14, an employee who was working from a JLG 40H aerial lift basket at fourteen (14) feet above compacted surface was not utilizing a personal fall arrest system.
