29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided when practicable: a) On or about August 8, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards in the production area where raw and wet chicken product on the floor caused slippery conditions and a few employees had fallen resulting in injuries such as contusions and lacerations. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
