29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Load(s) on powered industrial truck(s) were not stable or safely arranged: A. On or about May 22, 2014, Lot: A powered industrial truck operator attempted to lift the company's Toyota battery powered pallet jack on the forks of the Daewoo G25S powered industrial truck. The load was not secured to a pallet or otherwise stabilized. The pallet jack fell from the elevated forks, injuring a nearby pedestrian.
