29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation:    a/WFZ Construction/ 54 North Whitter St., Carteret, NJ 07008: Employee(s) were using a pump jack scaffold to engage in siding activities approx. 22' from the ground. Scaffold pole was erected on grass/dirt without the use of base plates and/or mud sills.     Condition observed on/or about 8/09/14.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:      a/WFZ Construction/ 54 N Whitter St., Carteret, NJ 07008: Employees engaged in siding activities working approx. 22 feet from the ground on a pump jack scaffold were not using a fall protection system.        Condition observed on/or about 8/09/14.
