29 CFR 1910.157(g)(2): The educational program to familiarize employees with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting was not provided to all employees upon initial employment, and at least annually thereafter:    On or about August 13, 2014, at this site, the employer failed to ensure employees were trained on the use of a fire extinguisher when authorized to fight incipient stage fires.  Employees exposed to the hazards associated with fires.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:    On or about August 13, 2014, at this site, electrical service panels were not accessible and blocked by items stored on the ground. Employees exposed to electrical hazards.     Dollar General, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupation Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in inspection number 314300492 , citation number 01, item number 02, which became final order on September 2, 2010, with respect to the 405 East Braker Lane, Austin, Texas.       Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps it is taking to ensure that electrical panels are not blocked.
