29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501.     Jobsite:    Employees re-installing shutters on the sun porch roof were not protected against falls of more than six feet.  On or about August 9, 2014, an employee fell approximately 7.7 feet and was seriously injured.
