29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  a) For the jobsite at 1240 E. Scott St., Tampa, FL 33602, on or about 08/08/2014, employees of Benson Construction Services, LLC were working from a trash bucket that was secured to the forks of a rough terrain forklift and using it as a manlift. The bucket was not designed to be used as a manlift and was not designed to be used with the forklift in this manner.
