29 CFR 1910.110(d)(10): Precautions were not taken to prevent damage to LP gas system(s) from vehicular traffic:     a) K & G Delivery Services., Yard Area- Container dumpster ( 11 full/ 1 empty) used to power forklift equipment were not positioned a minimum 10 ft. away from vehicle traffic. Equipment: Double metal cage capacity 4 tanks were left sitting outside of the cage. Employees are. exposed to propane gas.  Precautions were not taken to prevent damage to LP gas system(s) from vehicular traffic.      Observed on/or about 08/18/2014.
