29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): On, or at dates before, August 11, 2014, at the jobsite located at 7010 N Holmes St, Gladstone, Missouri, the employer did not accomplish a workplace hazard assessment to identify personal protective equipment needs for employees performing specific tasks. Specifically, employees performing tree services may be exposed to hazardous noise in that no hearing protection assessment has been done.
