29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o):  On or about 08/13/2014, pulleys with parts less than seven feet from the floor or work platform were not guarded:  a)  The unload auger of Grain Bin #1 had unguarded pulleys less than seven feet from the floor.  b)  The unload auger of Grain Bin #3 had unguarded pulleys less than seven feet from the floor.  c)  The Seed Cleaner had unguarded pulleys less than seven feet from the work platform.

29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures:  a)  On or about 08/13/2014, the electrical cabinet located on the west side of the outdoor corn dryer was not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering the enclosure via a hole with an electrical cord protruding from it.
