29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. Location: Building 19 basement On or about August 13, 2014 employees were exposed to increased risk of fires due to oxygen and acetylene being stored together.
