Fall protection available at the jobsite was not being used at the time of the inspection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Jobsite located at 1000 53rd St. N., Wichita, KS; employees had not been adequately trained to recognize fall hazards and to take appropriate steps to minimize fall hazards. Employees working at heights greater that 6 feet did not use fall protection which was available at the jobsite.
