Vegetation control will be exercised when necessary.  The employer did not ensure storage areas were kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards. This violation was observed on August 12, 2014, at a jobsite located at 5080 Addison Circle, Addison, Texas; the employer did not ensure storage area was kept clear.

This violation was observed on August 12, 2014, at a jobsite located at 5080 Addison Circle, Addison, Texas; where employees used unlabeled hazardous chemicals.
