29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were run through doorways, windows, or similar openings:  On or about August 18, 2014, employees performing trim work on a residential home were using an electric circular saw powered by a flexible cord that was run through two doorways with pinch/cut points exposing the employees to electrical shock hazards.
