29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):     On or about at 08/20/14 located at 4890 Wilshire Crossing, Cumming, GA:  The employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections where employees were installing floor joist on the 2nd floor without fall protection, no safety glasses and the air compressor wire box was missing the cover with the wires hanging out.

On or about at 08/20/14 located at 4890 Wilshire Crossing, Cumming, GA:  The employer failed to provide personal fall protection for employees that were exposed to fall hazards of up to 10.2 feet while framing the house.
